The Scientific Committee of the Conference welcomes Oral presentations (15 minutes each) and Poster Presentations using MS POWERPOINT. All submitted papers will be refereed and their authors will be informed. Each participant who would like to present a paper at the Conference must submit a two –page abstract in MS WORD 2007

1.5.1. Reviewing Procedure
All the submitted papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers for relevance of material presented to the Conference topics, for compliance with the writing template and for originality of the content.
The accepted papers will be included in the Volume of Conference Proceedings, which will have ISBN and ISSN Numbers and they will be submitted to be indexed in GOOGLE SCHOLAR .

1.5.1. Reviewing Procedure
All the submitted papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers for relevance of material presented to the Conference topics, for compliance with the writing template and for originality of the content.
The accepted papers will be included in the Volume of Conference Proceedings, which will have ISBN and ISSN Numbers and they will be submitted to be indexed in GOOGLE SCHOLAR .

1.5.4. Organization of Workshops
The Organizing Committee of the ICQSBEI 2017 Conference welcomes the organization of Workshops in the Conference Topics.
The Interested expert researchers who would like to become Leaders of Workshops should do the following:
- Select a Topic or a group of related topics of the Conference.
- Find at least four delegates who will be willing to register, pay the prescribed Registration fees and participate to the Conference by presenting their paper which will be included in the Volume of Conference Proceedings.
- Review the papers of the delegates who are presenters at their workshop.
- Chair the Session of their workshop.
A1. There is special reference in the Proceedings Volume about the title, the leader and the members of the workshops.
A2. The Workshop organizer will not pay the Registration fees for the Conference.
